What does Israel want from the Israel-Palestine Conflict?

    Honestly, most Israelis want peace.

The thing is, they want a sustainable peace with the Palestinians. They don't care if it's a rather cold peace - look at their relationship with Egypt and Jordan for proof of that - but they want some sort of relationship where both parties can relax and exist side-by-side with ease. The viability of the peace is paramount and why Israel emphasizes certain preconditions in their peace offerings.

This is clear in polling, which shows that the Israelis want peace or at least will be fully complicit in any peace deal. Unfortunately, the polling also shows that a lot of Palestinians plan to continue supporting or even engaging in "resistance" (terror) activities even if a Palestinian state is created...as long as Israel remains. As ironic as it may be, while complaining about the ethnic cleansing they accuse Israel of they plan to go forth with the exact same thing against the Israeli Jews (and sometimes "complicit" Arab Israelis). The sad fact is that the history of attacks against Israel forces the Israelis to pay attention, and the praise for such attacks and willingness to continue them in Palestinian society keeps Israelis from adopting idealistic stances.

At the end of the day, it's the Israelis who have to live there. They don't want to continue the fighting, not when they have already buried so many of their loved ones. They rather just live their normal lives. So, they aren't afforded unrealistic "deals" that the rest of the world expects of them, completely ignoring the nuances of the situation. Just giving the Palestinians a state won't solve anything if the Palestinian government will just fan the flames of war or at best do nothing to hamper the influence of violent radicals.

TNO is quite right to not refer to the "Palestine" mentioned in the question. The proper name of the land is Israel (Roman-imposed re-name "Palestine"). There never has been any sovereign state of "Palestine" upon which the "Palestinian" Arabs could base any claim on the land of Israel.

The Zionist regime wants Palestinians to either leave or accept second-class status. The sham peace process has just been a way to appease the rest of the world.

They could achieve peace rather easily if they really wanted to - Abbas is a little b*tch who has already accepted their right to 78% of historic Palestine and surrendered the right of return for refugees. But they haven't because they're unwilling to withdraw from their colonies in the West Bank. No Palestinian will accept a bunch of Bantustans.

But it ties in exactly with what I said. The two sides are "pro Israel vs. anti Israel".

    The two sides are:

    pro Israel vs. anti Israel

Obviously, what Israel wants is there to be no more anti Israel sentiment or for it to be delegated to the fringes of Palestinian society.

Peace, but the Palestinians want the total destruction of Israel.

The Zionist state wants ALL Palestine, the west bank is invaded a little by little, and working hard to move and transfer Gaza population to Sina'a or they will exterminate them.

Indeed BMCR I often wonder why people seem to accept "Palestinian" Arab propaganda without making any attempt at verification. When they accept the Palestinian false-claims, it is like being happy to accept a car missing an engine and lacking wheels and simply not bother to first make simple checks.

To stop the Palestinians from attacking them. The PLO drew first blood at the tel Aviv airport back in the 60's. What do the Palestinians want? The extinction of Israel.

Therefore, we must conclude that Bravo's views are more extreme than the Palestinian view ACCORDING to his OWN statement.
Like I said in my other comment, you anti Israel people do not seem to think things through.
