WHY do some people believe that the term god is in fact a name, when the bible is clear that is a massive lie.?
it would be like saying well you know the bible really says the TERM CHRIST is in fact a name just like Messiah as well. so can we please just use either the term Messiah or CHRIST when talking about JESUS CHRIST.

But Christ spoke of Himself as "The bread of life", The light of the world", "The good shepherd", "The way, the truth, and the life", The resurrection and the life", and "Before Abraham was, I AM" (John 8:58) Where does that leave you?

1. Christ is the Son of God.
2. Jesus is the son of man;
3. Christ lived in Jesus as Christ can live in us.
EVERYONE is born with a little Christ in him.

It's just one of those things started long ago when printing first started. All words referencing Yahweh got capitalized such as Him and His. And it stuck.
But what's interesting even more is this: God is just the capitalization of a simple noun. It morphed into a proper noun. Therefore he is called "God" and not "the God".
So why is it not Sun or Internet?
"What time does Sun rise tomorrow?"
"The God knows? Let's ask Internet."

No one actually knows his real name, as the Hebrews never wrote it down.
