Why are so many residents leaving New York?

That city (and state) has regressed in time.
This will shock you.
-folk ate food irradiated and wrapped in plastic
-folk owned 3 cars per family
-folk had access to 40 types of soda and 50 types of ice cream
- folk lived in modern homes with central heat, 3 baths and air conditioning.
-folk buy food straight from farms in disease ridden markets
-folk can't afford cars
-folk have access to only 4 types of soda and 5 flavors off ice cream (how kommunist)!!
-folk go without heat, share bathrooms and don't have air conditioning (because it's bad for the environment).
How embarrassing for the biggest city in America! Even Parisians have a higher standard of living than noo yawkers! New Yorkers look like a bunch of Congolese who have never seen civilization. Boy I am so glad I moved to FLORIDA in 1968 when it was booming. The south now rules. I'm living real big!

Because New York especially New York City is a hot spot for the virus. What they fail to consider is that many of them are spreading it wherever they go.

They are selfish. They are running from a highly infected area thus increasing the chances of the virus spreading to wherever they are fleeing to (and every stop they make along the way.)

because they are scared af there are 25,000 cases of COVID-19 there
