Does the stay at home order in Dallas, Texas include a 3 mile solitary walk every morning? Or can I still walk?

I haven't heard anyone say that walks were prohibited, as long as you weren't in contact with anyone else, but probably would be best to call your local town administrator to find out what they are saying.

The CDC has a list of designed activities for social distancing.

Walking is included on the "good" list.

Please try to stay at least 6ft from others.

You can only take a walk around your block, and you must stay at least 10+ feet from anyone else that may be outside. You may not be outside any longer than 20 minutes.

this pandemic is going to last for years, so you will not be outside for a very long time. Make sure to stock up on enough food that will last you 2-3 years until the vaccine is ready in 18-36 months from now. Until then, you will be isolated in your house for the next few years. Stay safe, and remember to #StayIsolated
