...don't forget high doses of vitamin C and iodine...but not at the same time.
Edit: you will not believe how often I got criticised for my 5* answers - people are brainwashed and dump. I prefer fresh ginger.

Ginger has so many curative properties it’s not even funny. A very versatile herb. There were times I boiled ginger root and water ,added honey and lemon and drank that during the day and it was a much nicer stimulant than caffeine. I could get myself pretty “wired” on it just like caffeine but it was a better “wired”. Also a great anti-inflammatory, just so good for so many things.
