I have received a suspect e-mail from yahoo. could you provide an e-mail address for me to forward it?

It no longer exists. All you can do is just mark the message as spam and it'll be deleted from your inbox.

You don't report it to anyone. Mark it as spam and delete it.
Yahoo doesn't send out suspect emails. This is how to identify legitimate Yahoo websites, requests, and communications: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2091.html
Yahoo has no direct customer support, email, or phone numbers you can call.

The staff has seen them all, so just delete the email and never respond. There is no way to really stop them.

Waste of time; there are thousands sent out randomly every day. Nothing effective gets done to stop them. Delete without responding.
