If you were born on February 29th, when do you celebrate your birthday on non-leap years?

February 28th or March 1st?

    I only know one person born on 29/2 and she parties both 28/2 and 1/3 if you only get a birthday every 4 years go for it if your birthday is missing from the calendar.

    I would add 365 days from my previous birthday. So regardless of the date change it'd a full year

    Celebrate it in your mind and don't worry with the things and people around you to make you feel happy....I don't celebrate my b'day I even forgot about it.

    Your choice but I would say March 1st.  On February 28th, you aren't a year older, that happens the next day.

    I heard from people born that day that generally if they were born before noon they celebrate on the 28th and if after 12noonpm then march 1
