Provided we're talking about a scientific hypothesis...
It means that it makes predictions that can be checked against future observations and potentially refuted if those observations disagree with predictions.

It is verifiable if there is a testimony that attests.
people buried crystals at the edge of their land and if the border was discussed, the crystals were removed.
the crystal was a testimony and a reflection.
They say vampires don't reflect in mirrors. Maybe they don't exist!

It means you can do a procedure that would fail (not meet expectations) if the thing was not correct.
