A. WRST is a rhombus by Theorem 6−16, because its diagonals are congruent.

 B. WRST is a rhombus by Theorem 6−17, because because its diagonals are congruent.

 C. WRST is a rectangle by Theorem 6−18, because its diagonals are congruent.

 D. WRST is a square by Theorem 6−19, because its diagonals are congruent.

    Don't know the theorems you are referring to, but logic suggests that, if the diagonals are congruent, 

    it can't be A or B because, in a rhombus, the diagonals are not equal in length

    So, either C or D.

    Not enough information to conclude D (would need to know that the diagonals are perpendicular to each other).

    therefore C is most likely to be correct
