Bluetooth is not TCP enabled by default.  There are projects to get it working, but it is hardly standard. (BTW, bluetooth and wifi can be enabled at the same time.)

Wifi and Bluetooth are different types of wireless network, used for completely different functions.

Bluetooth is intended only for remotely connecting speakers, headphones, etc and not for two way communication like wifi.

You cannot extend wifi via Bluetooth and why ever would you want to?

WIFI and Bluetooth are not remotely compatible, they do not interact with each other. It's either one or the other.
