    Yes, because the more colorful the food is, the more healthier it is. Vegetables and fruit are the most colorful foods.

  • Definitely - along with balanced nutrition.  Food should enhance the appetite for most individuals and, color is very important in an appeal to the taste buds.  A balance of looks and taste brings people back to the table.  :D

    IF I DON'T THINK ABOUT COLOR WHEN DATING THEN WHY WOULD I THINK ABOUT COLOR IN MY MEALS

    Only when I make salads, which I like to be colorful and to look appetizing, and meats, which I like to be cooked all the way through. Any red or pink in the middle and I won't eat it.
