Remember the circle equations ;

C = pi d

A = pi r^2

Hence

d = C / pi

d = 12.56 ft / 3.141592....

d = 3.99797217.... ft

d = 3 ft 11.97 inches ~ 12 ft.

C = πd

d = C/π

d = 12.56/π

d = 3.99 feet or 4 ft answer//
