3PI = Wi*t/2
stopping time t = 6PI/ Wi = PI*6/3.95 = 1.518 PI sec
angular acceleration alpha = Wi/t = 3.95*3.95/(6PI) = 0.828 rad/sec^2
3.95 -1.5 = alpha*t'
t' = 2.45/0.828 = 2.96 sec
slowing angle = Wi*t'-alpha/2*t'^2 = 8.06 rads
(3.95^2-1.5^2) = 2*alpha*slowing angle
slowing angle = (3.95^2-1.5^2) / (0.828*2) = 8.06 rads
