If a wife slept with other man and got pregnant and fooled her husband by letting him sign in the birth certificate hiding paternity, then?
will the husband have to bear the child now hacing got fooled by the wife? Now, after having signed in the child's birth certificate doeshe becomes the father of the child forever and thus has to pay child support even if now the husband divorces his wife for cheating? Otherwise, what other option does he have to save himself from that situation and what action can he take against his wife?

Wow. Smh. That poor man. But no, a man ALWAYS has the right to not have to be responsible for a child JUST like the mother has the right to put the child up for adoption. He can release his parental rights, meaning he will not be responsible for child support and will have no legal ties to the child. The best thing the disgrace of a woman can do is, if the child’s already been born and the man wants to remain apart of the child’s life, the best thing she can do is let him. She may get some financial support from him in the form of at least products bought for the child, and the child will at least have a father figure. Run the man off and you and the child will get nothing. Smh. Sad situation.
But women, don’t ever think you can trap a man like this without consequences. Karma is real. So real. And if you have a conscious, then guilt is even worse. But men have their rights just like we do.

It depends on the state...he may be on the hook for 18 years. Best to get a lawyer and work to get the name off of the BC first.

We have had a range of cases like this. If the husband acts as the father then he is considered to be the father and the genetic male has no rights or responsibilities. ie TIME is important. You cannot make the claim five or ten years later when a divorce is happening. If you suspect that the child is not yours you need to take steps promptly to deny paternity. Doing so would almost guarantee a divorce though. Now if having this wife and this child is a better life for you then you turn a blind eye to the entire situation and go on as if the child was your own. Within a few years it really WILL be your child.

The husband can demand a DNA test and if he's not the bio father can ask the court to sever his parental rights and responsibilities. Although there have been such cases wherein the judge refused this.

In that situation he would have to file for a paternity test and divorce within a year or two after the birth of the child to get out of paying child support. Cheating doesn't matter in divorce court anymore, but a paternity test makes a huge difference. The burden is on the husband to prove otherwise, since by law the child is assumed to be his. Otherwise you if you wait too long some courts may consider the husband's rights\responsibility to the child.

First off men do not sign birth certificates
aside from that if a woman is married when she gives birth the husband is the legal father unless he chooses to get a paternity test that proves otherwise

There must be something in it for you to even be together in a first place, no?
