Which word is correct?
The warehouse got blown off (by / in) the storm.

You mean the warehouse ROOF got blown off by/in the storm or the entire warehouse?
If you mean the entire building, then use blown AWAY rather than OFF.

"The warehouse was blown down in the storm" is best, but, "blown down by" also works. The use of "got" is poor English. And, "blown off" makes no sense, unless you were trying to date someone who said no.

Neither. The warehouse ROOF was blown off in the storm.
