should Bernard Burchell get a Nobel prize for discovering super conductivity at the center of the Sun?

    Hell, I don't know.  I don't have access to all the other discoveries and the importance of each...  Has something better been discovered?

    No, as we have no way of knowing what goes on in the centre of the sun, and because google cannot find this Bernard Burchell

    There is no evidence whatsoever for superconductivity anywhere in the sun.

    I believe that Bernard Burchell (not to be confused with others of the same name) is not a real scientist. He is actually a persona created by group of academics at Oxford University (UK) who have got together for a joke and a social experiment to see how far absurd ideas can be spread on the internet using pseudo-scientific jargon and mis-used high-school level physics
