How would you describe somebody's political views if they agree with some conservatives and some non conservatives?

On purely political issues, that's called being open minded. They also may be Libertarian (not to be confused with Liberal). However, it's common to find Conservatives that are socially Liberal or visa versa.

probably a good American Currently there are few real "conservatives' in American politics. In recent years, Reagan and Newt Gingrich began to redefine "conservative" to mean anti- labor and "acceptable" lying. "Conservatives" used to want a balanced budget, but currently, the shitgibbon and Moscow Mitch tell lies to distract conversation about that.

CONFUSED. In reality, conservative DOES NOT refer to your position on ANY issue. It refers to your view of the proper role of government. The same applies to liberal. It is possible, even PROBABLE, that you agree with positions that are CALLED conservative and some that are CALLED liberal. It is NOT possible to be split on the proper role of government.
Update to comment: It isn't possible to find a REAL conservative that supports ANY of what you claim most conservatives support. YOU are a prime example of not CARING about facts.
