Low calorie breakfast ideas ? ?

I need something w low calories yet w fiber to keep me from being hungry before lunch .

    Anything made with wholegrain contains fiber. Wholegrain bread, wholegrain tortillas, wholegrain oatmeal, wholegrain cereal - get the picture?

This is because you want your body to get the necessary calories so it does not slow down. The right way to go on low calorie diet is to make lunch and dinner low calorie. In fact, dinner should have the lowest calorie of your meals.

    Oat meal made with water and sweetex [ or similar ], with lots of fruit on/in it, banana, chopped apple, raisins, e.t.c., it fills you and keeps you going till lunch.

    If you have no sweetex/sweetener you could stir in some agave syrup [its healthier than usual syrups!].
