Native English speakers, could you please help me with these issues?

1. Since today is World Cat Day, do you it would be appropriate or acceptable to say:

"Hooray to cats"

2. And if not, what you suggest as a short sentence to express appreciation for cats?

I would say, "Hooray for Cats!!"  "Cats are the best!"  "Yayyyyyy for cats!"

I like "Horray to cats". I'd personally add, "I wish I could hug every one of you and I hope you're feline fine"

'Hooray for cats' is better grammar.
