Prenatal paternity tests cost significantly more than the ones you're seeing at the store. They also require you to have a blood draw done, whereas the inexpensive ones at the store just require cheek swabs (from baby and maybe-dad). Although the prenatal DNA tests can be done as early as 8 weeks, expect to pay $1000-2000 in lab and processing fees.

OTC paternity tests are all postnatal.

Your obgyn can do a prenatal one.   It requires your blood and the possible father's cheek swab.   They will charge you anywhere from $400 to $2000 for the privilege.
