If I stay on a diet. To lose weight. How much should I weigh in a month? 3 months? 6months?
I am 5'5 in a size 16 bottom or XL. Size 9 underwear....
My current weight is 183.6 lbs.
My plan is to eat vegetables, oatmeal with almond milk and cinnamon.and drink 5 16.9 oz bottles of water per day.
Any advice on food choices is helpful. Thank You

You need some protein choices in there. Lean chicken or fish and eggs are low calorie sources. You should aim to lose about 2 lbs a week and exercise will help with that goal.

After the first month 4lbs, third month 12, sixth month 24. You'll lose 1 pound a week slow but worth it!
