Is it bad to eat a burger for breakfast just once?

    It is completely fine if you eat burger for breakfast one day. However, do not make it a habit. Burgers are high in fats and salt. Breakfast should contain all the essential nutrients.

    Nah. I wouldn't make a habit of it, but I don't think you will die or anything. I do, however, think you will feel like crap. But that's just my opinion.

    The US and some parts of Europe are the only ones that have a silly concept of "breakfast" food. The rest of the world wakes up and eats whatever the hell they want to. Rice, fish, veggies, chili, leftovers, whatever. The breakfast meal became another way to market food "just for that time of day." Eat whatever you want to in the mornings when you're hungry. Your stomach is not going to know the difference between a burger and "just for morning" pancakes and sausage.
