Clown fish require a salt water aquarium of 20 gallons or more.

You need to get a minimum of a 20 gallon freshwater tank for the fish you already have.  It is best to keep a minimum anount of gravel/substrate.  even whith a planted tank, you dont need to take up half the tank with substrate.  Fish waste gets trapped down there and will pollute the tank.

What kind of killi fish do you have?  I can understand if you bought one of those magic fish kits, or killli eggs and hatched them in that thing, but you can not keep them in there very long.

You will kill the killies in that tank, as already stated clowns are salt water...

The plural of fish is fish. Also, clownfish are saltwater.
