What could this be?

My head is still feeling foggy and the back of my brain it feels tingly and numb but the hospital couldnt find anything and the doctor says its vertigo. She prescribed me meclizine.  But its not working and getting worse. I dont know what else to do... My left hand is feeling a little bit tingly and my vision seems a bit blurry. Im almost done with the medicine.

vertigo is a false sensation of moving or spinning, or by objects moving/spinning usually with nausea/vomiting.Some have light headedness, spaced out feeling, faintness, weakness, Vertigo last for only a few moments/or hours even days. This comes from the inner ear.
