How can I grow stronger/build muscle?

I have an excersize bike and 10 

pound weights. What else can I do?

    Push ups, situps, planks, yoga, pilates, pull ups, walks, hikes, etc.

    You are only going to get stamina by doing cardio. You need to lift heavier weights, eat healthy and sleep.
