I have been a HIV-positive girl I have not had sex with her but I masturbated her,do I take risks in this case?

I masturbated her with my fingers and put my hands in my mouth,

I did the test and came out negative but the fact has risk and success 14 days ago therefore and still early to give a correct result I will have to repeat another one in 2 months,

after a few days she confessed to me that she has been HIV positive for a year and is not doing any cure to stop the virus, I didn't have sex with her and she had no trace of blood when I masturbated her but I put my hands in my mouth,

can I take risks of contracting the virus?

Update:

I have been with a hiv positive girl sorry for the error

"I  have been a HIV-positive girl", nah you're fine. Shapeshifters can't catch AIDS.
