Will Cardarine make me build muscle faster if I am training in high rep range?
I have read about cardarine that it is effective at increasing endurance and cardio. I train in a 20 rep range and once I am able to do 20 reps of a lifting exercise I bring up the weight. I do 20 reps because I want to get both endurance and build muscle. I do 1 set of whole body 3 times a day. I am eating enough and getting enough protein.Will Cardarine make me recover faster and build a lot of muscle much faster since my workout is endurance and high reps? Is there anyone who has experience using cardarine for bodybuilding who can answer this?
