It's two syllables. Why would you need a nickname? Most shortened forms of names have been around for a while. Billy requires just as many syllables as William. Bobby requires just as many syllables as Robert. But people have been going by Bill and Bob for hundreds of years. Renee doesn't have a traditional short form, therefore there is no nickname. And it doesn't need one anyway. If you want to obsess over a name, then pick a name you actually like hearing and wouldn't mind using. Picking a name and then thinking up a dumb nickname corrupted form is stupid.

Stop being so rude. People come up with nicknames all the time to show endearment and nicknames has been around for years.

A nickname can be anything at all; it doesn't have to be derived from the given name. Renée doesn't really have a good derived nickname.

Ren is super cute, and I love it's ambiguity. You could also do Nee, but I don't like that as much.

Yeah, I don’t like Nee too much. Ten is pretty, though.
