Im always having some type of headache?

Ever since I was 16 I would come home from school almost everyday with a headache.

Now as an adult I would almost always get a headache at work or after a long class. Sometimes I would get them while studying or doing homework.

The headaches usually aren’t extreme so I don’t think it’s a migraine.

It’s usually either in the back of my head or a band around my head or behind my eyes. Every now and then nausea would accompany it.

What scares me the most is that the only way to cure it is sleeping ( which I can’t do while in class or at work ) or a pain killer. I hate taking pain killers because i’m scared of building a resistance to it.

Have you had your eyes checked? Straining to see can cause tension headaches. You may need glasses.

Talk to your doctor. A non stop heachache is ofen a sign of another problem.
