What is the number one reason that a guy abuses his girl?  (Btw, a reason is different than an opinion)?

I would think that the biologically-driven sexual drive is not being met by the girl, and so the male becomes violent?

Btw:  those of you who would state that 'the need to control' - you are simply providing your opinion - that is not a reason.  There is no area of the brain which has been identified as a 'need to control' center.

The girl is different in the way they think.  Lots of "feelings".  Something guys cannot identify with.  Females sometimes tend to think rationally, when a male may be irrational and do things without explaining their actions as men have no words.  They definitely do not want to explain themselves as the words just do not surface so easily and when the female is asking "Why, why, Why?  The male knows he done wrong when he abused, so don't bug him. He is punishing himself...without explaining it.

Sexual drive is not even involved.

    Women are from Venus

read that book and it explains a lot on the differences in thinking and emotions.

Anyhow, your opinion does not answer the question.  You may think that we humans get to choose what we do, but we are just responding to stimuli.
