When applying for loans or credit cards, you include any income that YOU have access to and could use to help pay your bills.

You can't include any other people's income unless they are giving you their income to help pay your bills.

When you are applying for welfare assistance,  you must list everyone in the home and how much they make and how much they contribute to the household expenses.

You cannot put their income unless their names are on the cards. And you have crap credit so you are wasting your time.

If this is for taxes, then you include the income of the husband and wife, only.

That means you and your partner/spouse.

That does not mean any roommates (including your mother).   Sorry, the other answer is wrong.

If they are your family, unrelated roommates don't count.
