What kinds of seasonings do you like on your vegetables?

    On many green vegetables (that I roast) I love Herbes de Provence and orange oil (the kind made by pressing oranges with the olives, not just an after-flavored thing).

    Potatoes in most forms usually get garlic and rosemary.

    Squash and some root vegetables get brown butter and fresh sage.

    Mushrooms always get thyme.

    Some other herbs and spices that I will use with vegetables are nutmeg, oregano, tarragon, basil, fennel pollen or fennel seed, balsamic vinegar (or sherry vinegar or something else interesting I might have).

    And always lots of salt and pepper.

    Salt. Pepper. Depending on what kind of veg, maybe chives or dill too.

    I pretty much use a blended seasoning on most of my food which is called 'Aromat', its made by Knorr,

    Just soy sauce, chili flakes and ginger. Sometimes even some spices such as turmeric powder, curry, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

    Not many. Butter, salt, and maybe black pepper are usually all I'd use.
