Sleep disorder that causes extream constant fatigue?
I feel tired always. It dosen matter how much or little i sleep. Im on a very regular sleep schedual have an otherwise relatively healthy lifestyle. And im. Always. Tired. Like the kind of tired that where if it were not for the fact that i knew i was driving or doing soemthing important i could be out in a secound. And if im nit doing soemthing important i am out in a secound.
I dont have issues falling asleep at night or anything. (Tho i do wake up multiple times a night due to being a super light sleeper but i usually fall bacl asleep immidiatly.) What could cause this. This cant be normal what kind of sleep disorder could cause this?

You need to see a doctor. You could be anemic, have a thyroid disorder, have sleep apnea, narcolepsy or have some other kind of problem. A blood test might provide some answers. But you need to see a doctor because if you fall asleep at the wheel, you could crash your car and kill yourself and possibly someone else.
