Depends. Some eye drops only contain lubricating ingredients and some eye drops contain eye-whitening vasoconstrictors, which could conceivably give you a stroke or heart attack because it narrows blood vessels. So, in general, avoid drinking eye drops.

How much of a quantity and how big a person and which eyedrop product? There is an FDA warning about poisoning in small children resulting from consumption of fairly small quantities of medical eyedrops (eyedrops containing a medication of some sort or another, anthihistamine or blood vessel dilator or whatever) but there have been no reported deaths. Infants have gotten sick from such consumption (vomiting, lethargy, heart issues, even coma, apparently).
So I would say yes but not likely except with infants or very low body weight individuals. Sure would suck to have a family member be the first to die from this though, wouldn't it.
