The same as anyone else, one foot in front of the other. Plenty of large people run marathons or longer races. Besides that, 202 lbs may be a healthy weight for your height. You didn't mention whether you're overweight or not (or by how much, if you are). Weight doesn't have to stop a person from running, unless they are so overweight it's not safe for them to run or they aren't capable of that gait.
