The anus or bottom of your foot are very painful.

I get them on the back of my legs at the top. It's really uncomfortable too

Yes a charley horse in the calf or on the bottom of the feet can be painful but nothing surpasses the pain I have a cramp in your gallbladder squeezing on a gallstone. It's like being stabbed in your stomach repeatedly until the attack goes away which can last an hour!

To me, it's pain in the stomach.

You can take pain ills for your problem, you can't for a stomachache.

Yeah, I'd say calf. The last one I had, I thought I was going to die. I've had them in the toes and instep but nowhere as painful as the calf.
