What does thos quote mean?
Where should I go? To the left where nothing is right or to the right where nothing is left?

it means the writer can't decide which direction to turn...they are "between a rock and a hard place", so to speak. If they go one way-nothing will be right (as in correct) if they go the other--nothing is left there. It is clever because of the play on the words, "left and right".
