Where is the electoral college?

I’m guessing it is in either Washington or D.C. but I do not know for sure. I want to know if I would have to pay out of state tuition to go there?

Google it.  The Electoral College is NOT an educational institution.  The Electoral College is a body of people representing the states of the U.S., who formally cast votes for the election of the President and Vice President.

The Electoral College actually meets in all 50 states (and DC). You don't need to worry about tuition, but getting admitted may be a problem.

The cost is free but you have to pass the very special entrance exam. I doubt you could do that.

It's on an offshore island nation with no extradition treaty with the US.
