What is the type of raw fish that can be used in SUSHI, except tuna and salmon?
- AlphaLv 73 months ago
Actually the Japanese uses any fish as long as it is fresh and flash frozen. Contrary to what many people outside of Japan thinks, sushi is not about the fish or seafood, but about the rice. The other ingredients are icing on the cake so to speak.
