Generally once a week. Our breakfast place often has fish for breakfast, too. Last Sunday I had eggs Benedict with trout and fish toast, both excellent. This is salmon territory and also Dungeness crab. I had shrimp enchiladas, which I made, the last couple of nights for dinner. And some tonight, again.

I go through phases, plus it depends on what's in season. Anything from once a fortnight to three times a week. I'm a bit of a night owl and am usually up when the last few commercial fishing boats come in and can buy directly off the boat and if I miss the boat that same fish will be at the Fishmonger's later that day. Sometimes a bag of trout appears on my doorstep and it would be wasteful not to process and freeze it.

About 3 times week. I buy a pc of fish at a grocery store, fish, plus a salad and vegetable is something we frequently have for dinner
