What happens at a proper ballet school's concert?
With a regular dance studio they have age groups and genres and each have their own routine but what would full time ballet students do? Do they perform bits of professional repertoire or what?
I'm referring to schools like vaganova

Most professional schools have “viewings” that parents and friends can attend. They aren’t shows and they are held in dance classes and are basically a dance class that you can watch. If the school is the affiliate feeder school to a professional ballet company, for the younger students, many will appear with the professional company in children’s parts for such shows as the Nutcracker etc. Older student are not invited to dance with the professional company. When students are ready to graduate often there is a showcase for the dancers that is open to both the public and dance companies looking for fresh new talent to be recruited. If the school is a stand alone school like a Harid Conservatory they will have school productions open to the public. This would be only for the most advanced students and are generally full length ballets or possible something like a Balanchine program featuring several pieces.
If by Vaganova school you mean the Mariinsky school in Saint Petersburg, they have a graduation concert performance every June. This is only for the 25 dancers who have made the cut.
Here is an example of a program from June 2011.
3 Gala concerts on the Mariinsky Theatre stage:
‘Little Humped Back Horse’ ballet by Alexander Gorsky
Choreography reconstruction by Yuri Burlaka
The Act of Shades. From ballet ‘La Bayadere’
If by Vaganova you mean the Kirov school in Washington DC, you can google it on YouTube like drip suggested.
