Holidays at work?

Can my employer refuse my holidays if my holiday is over two weeks meaning I have two weekends off together?

Update:

my Holiday starts on Wednesday he told me it needs to start on a monday

    Yes he is being unreasonable.  There is no law on when Holidays should start.

    In the US, employers can pretty much require you to work whenever they want to. They just cannot discriminate against an employee for one of the protected category reasons (gender, religion, disability, ethnicity, etc.). For example, they cannot require Jews to work on Jewish holy days, but give Christians time off on Christian holidays.

    Sure. I do not believe that your employer is required to let you take off any time you choose.
