    Human consumption grade gases.

Commonly these are medical-grade Air, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, and other gasses as necessary. They are free of contamination and particles, have no oil or odors, and dry, and all lines are inspected and certified on a regular basis.

Be careful as these gases are also available in non-medical grades.

Nitrous oxide, oxygen, maybe helium (because it is inert), etc.
