Have there Answers Deleted and if they Repeatedly keep doing it then Suspend there Account

Report them as violators. If they repeatedly get cited, they will be blocked from YA.

getting reported and deleted a lot, assuming they get notified about deletions...
and those who do it often should lose their account

Verizon Media will do no more than they are doing now. You can only report them and hope others also do the same. Verizon Media needs to keep all the accounts then can to show advertisers. Reduction there points to a lower level used to work but now the points are meaningless. You have the same rights as a level 4 as a level 7.

Have Verizon/ Verizon Media take away enough points to take then down ine or more account levels. Yahoo used to do that for insulting and harassing and stalking people.
They should do that for accounts that consistently thumb down certain peoples answers and breakup the Yahoo group or groups that they belong to that have existed for years.
Suspending, blocking accounts from participating on YA doesn't work unless they hit the 50 account limit ties tl the 50 cellphone number. Not that many people have hot that limit. Most people have no problem buying a new cell phone and activating a new phone number. Setting up a new Yahooemail account tajds about 5 minutes.

In the old days they would be reported, then suspended if done often enough- now its one of the lesser annoyances around here. I don't care if someone sorta kinda answers my question or not I just want the p*rn posters and extreme trolls banned. Then this place would be absolutely FUN- and we might actually learn something. But, if not- no big deal.

they should get an email showing them how not to do that again
