The calculator at this link https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator will help you determine that. Additional info is needed, such as your current weight and activity level. That also assumes you need to lose weight to be at a healthy weight, and we don't know if you do or not.

A weight loss diet doesn't have to be precise. 1200 Calorie is considered a safe diet but may not be effective for people who don't use much energy. Consult your doctor before reducing calories farther. The exact ratios of fats, proteins and carbs isn't important either, but they need to be in the ball park.
To get enough fat and protein with 3 meals a day, have a 3.5 ounce serving of a meat or 3 eggs with each meal. If you are not opposed to vegetables, have a cruciferous vegetable (broccoli cauliflower, spinach, brussels sprouts, etc.) with each meal, Also include small portions of grains, fruit and dairy to hit your target calories. Don't make it impossible by trying to eat something different everyday. Plan out one ideal set of meals and stick to it. Only make changes when you see ways to improve it.
