Andrew has not broken any UK laws--if he had, he would be open to prosecution. Andrew would have the best of legal representation, but that is all.

Andrew has not been charged with any crimes. There is no evidence to support a charge. The women behind claims are suing the Epstein estate, and what they are sating must be taken with this in mind.

All he has to do is to remeber to keep schtum. Something he should have done before his car crash television interview. But I doubt he will be in control of how this will be handled going forward.

  • Yes they can. I expect Prince Andrew will not travel overseas again and will seldom be seen outside the Royal estate.

Up to a point.   They can use the best possible lawyers however and it's said with the right team, you can get away with murder!

At best, I see the Prince as a very stupid and probably weak man.   One who had been over-indulged so he thought he could do whatever he wanted to do (so to speak!).   I actually believe it's up to these women to prove what they say went on - YEARS AGO!

He has been accused. Mind you the teen was 17 at the time which is legal in many places, but not in the US Virgin Islands.

§ 1702. Rape in the second degree

    (a) Any person over 18 years of age who perpetrates under circumstances not amounting to rape in the first degree, an act of sexual intercourse or sodomy with a person not the perpetrator's spouse who is at least 16 years but less than 18 years of age, and the perpetrator is 5 years or older than the victim, is guilty of rape in the second degree and shall be imprisoned not more than 10 years.

The only place that there is proof they actually met is in the UK, however.

Protect him from what? He has not been accused or charged with any crime. He has been stupid but that is not a crime.
