Heart rate too high when barely got started working out?

I am a 26 year old female and i was barely starting out on the stair stepper machine and about 3 minutes on it my beats per minute got up to 198 , any ideas? i dont smoke, i don't have asthma

    , Your BPM should increase but 198 is way to high.

    Suggest you visit a cardio doctor to see if you may have A-fib, that causes high BPM.

    Many people don't realize it but A-fib sorta hides while young and gets worse as you age.

    That's extremely high in just 3 minutes. Check with your doctor asap.
