It's possible to have "A Way" without absurdities, for sure.

Perhaps you could explain how you know this?

Not likely seeing as religion in itself is completely absurd.  It is a lie.  An assumed conclusion based on suspect claims from questionable sources supported by logical fallacies nested within circular reasoning bringing you back to the assumed conclusion.  The lie is kept alive in the retelling of it over and over.  It has nothing that it can point to, to even suggest it might be possible.  In order to believe it you have to lie not only to yourself, but to everyone else as well.  Not only is religion not evidently true, but it is evidently not true as well.  It is dishonest to assert as fact that which is not evidently true.  Religion is the single most dishonest position anyone can have.  It is based solely on wishful thinking and superstitious woo woo made up by ignorant goat herders that had no clue of the natural world around them or how it even worked.

Of course it is, Einstein. And there are religions, or at least one church, where there are none. Appeals to ridicule and to personal incredulity are logical fallacies, though, so don't bother with them.

Illogical religious beliefs obscure the truth.

Suspend your disbelief for a minute (this is life and death).

If God is real why would he use conflicting ways to find him? Wouldn't ONE God offer ONE plan? The Author of life surely knows how to live it best, so why would He offer some people a substandard way?

Science, religions and philosophies have no plan to deal with our failure. They all teach ways of generating more success, but when we do fail they have no way to wipe out our "sin".

Hinduism and Buddhism say our sin will effect our karma and we'll come back as a lower life form; how cruel! Your memories are wiped clean during this process of reincarnation; so how can you learn a lesson from your past mistakes? It's just hit and miss each lifetime -- being punished for a past we don't even know about.

Islam teaches we'll be allowed into heaven based on works. Deeds will be weighed on a scale and if there is more good than bad, then we get in. If not, too bad for us. But how can a PERFECT God who lives in a PERFECT place let IMPERFECT people in? They would bring in sin and selfishness and heaven would become corrupted: Heaven would cease to be perfect. So how can God let sin into heaven?

No, it just makes reasonable sense that all human failure would have to be eradicated and all people fully purified if they are going to enter this totally pure place without contaminating it. And that's what the cross does!

The Jews were the only other people who believed that sin had to be done away with if they wanted to go to heaven. This happened in Old Testament days through animal sacrifices. But since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 AD they have stopped these sacrifices with no satisfactory explanation as to what happens to their sin now. As Christians, we know that the animal sacrifices are no longer necessary, because Jesus was the final infinite, perfect sacrifice for all humanity.

How will you get rid of your sin without Jesus?  You can't.  There is no such thing as DIY salvation. Do you think some humans conceived of a story about how God came to earth to save us (because there is no way we can save ourselves)?

Every religion out there makes demands on the worshipper to somehow earn their way to God.

We can't. Nothing we can do could ever make us right with a Holy God.

So God Himself came to earth and exchanged His righteousness for our sin. This Great Exchange gives us the right to become sons of God. There is no other name under which a man can be saved; only Jesus.

Act now. Don't delay.  This very day you could close your eyes in death. Time is running out. Tomorrow may be too late. Accept the offer of salvation and live. If you do not, you will perish. But why perish? To perish is awful. Don't be afraid, just believe in Jesus and be saved.

PS. None of us went to Jesus because we loved Him. We went to Jesus because we thirsted and hungered for truth... and there we found He nourished us because of His faithful love; and so we learned to love Him back.

What religion when man created them?

Worshiping God is in your spirit and nothing else.

"God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit..." (John 4:23-24).

Consequently, pretending you are worshiping God by dunking yourself in water, eating His body and drinking His blood while you pray to a 3 headed god is NOTHING spiritual.

10 "According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.

11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ [II Cor 5:16].

    12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble [Material things];

13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.

14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire" (I Corinthians 3:10-15).

Won't your tables and baptismal pools burn?

yes, I do think mine makes sense. When religion does not make any sense. Someone made this planet habitable and meant for righteous people to live on it forever. All the things we think about heaven to be it is. Then he told Adam and Eve the first two parents they would simply return to what they were before. So those who are wicked simply die. When enough righteous people are born, selected and can live in peace on earth it will be over taken by God and the new world established. Revelation 12: says that the wicked spirit persons were forced out of heaven so the heavens are cleaned out. Life can now start on earth with righteous and they can live forever. www.jw.org
