can I get benefits if my wife works full time?

That depends on her company's benefits package and your qualifications.

That would depend on her employer's policies on extending benefits (usually just medical coverage) to spouses. But if you mean public benefits those are mostly means tested and based on household income. So for that it would depend on how much she's earning and how many people she's supporting.

That could all depend on what kind of benefits you are talking about. Have you ever worked, if so, how long?

If she has benefits through her job and wants to pay to put you on her plan. Otherwise, you can get benefits through the health exchange. If Trump wins in 2020 then you'll be SOL because your "better, cheaper" care is going to cost you only $2,500/year but it will have a $15,000 deductible and they may remove the clause allowing you to be covered for pre-existing conditions.
