Why do people deny that Jewish is a race and a religion.?

Jewish people are an ethnoreligious group[10] and a nation,[11][12][13] originating from the Israelites[14][15][16] and Hebrews[17][18] of historical Israel and Judah. Jewish ethnicity, nationhood, and religion are strongly interrelated,[19][20] as Judaism is the ethnic religion of the Jewish people, while its observance varies from strict observance to complete nonobservance.[21]

    From a Jewish perspective:

A Jew is any person whose mother was a Jew or any person who has gone through the formal process of conversion to Judaism.

It is important to note that being a Jew has nothing to do with what you believe or what you do. A person born to non-Jewish parents who has not undergone the formal process of conversion but who believes everything that Orthodox Jews believe and observes every law and custom of Judaism is still a non-Jew, even in the eyes of the most liberal movements of Judaism, and a person born to a Jewish mother who is an atheist and never practices the Jewish religion is still a Jew, even in the eyes of the ultra-Orthodox. In this sense, Judaism is more like a nationality than like other religions, and being Jewish is like a citizenship.

Being Jewish is based on ancestry not religion. A Jewish person may be a "Jew", practicing Judaism. But less than half the Jewish people are Jews.

It's not a race or nationality.  It's an ethnicity.  A person is Jewish if they are born to Jewish parents.  It is always biological and cultural, and for many, religious.

Mmmmm...because, it's not a race. There are Jews of literally every race and ethnicity on the planet.

judaism is the religion, Jews are those sons of the tribe of Judah, and in today's world racism and hate are being confusingly used synonomously

"Jewish" is an adjective; you're using it as a noun. "Jews" is the noun. The Jews are not a race, which is a very unscientific term anyway.
